Test & Tune and Track Rental Policy
Pit gate will be LOCKED at 7:00 p.m. Please
be prepared to leave before closing.
1. NO REFUNDS. Rain check coupons may be issued at the sole discretion of
AAS officials for instances where participant experiences mechanical failure within 30
minutes of arrival. Rain checks are valid only during the same calendar year they are issued.
Rain check coupons must possess a raised seal to be valid and shall be surrendered
at the time they are redeemed. A lost rain check coupon equals loss of track use.
2. All test & tunes and track rentals include an ambulance. All entrants must agree to
and sign the standard AAS waiver prior to entry.
3. No children under 16 years old permitted.
4. All vehicles must comply with AAS maximum sound emission level of 82 Dba
at the property line.
5. All vehicles shall follow minimum safety equipment requirements as stated in general
and division based rules.
6. Fees shall be subject to change by AAS at any time.
Fee Schedule & Specific Rules
Test & Tune
- $150 per vehicle rental fee
- Friday rentals will be conducted from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm during
our regular season. Saturday's from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the off season.
- Registration and pre-payment must be made to the Placer County Fair office no
later than 12:00 pm on Thursday.
- Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
- There is a twenty five (25) vehicle maximum.
AAS reserves the right to cancel, change, or postpone any scheduled date. AAS staff
will attempt to notify registrants that reservation will be moved to next available date.
Fee Schedule & Specific Rules
Private Track Rentals
- Private rentals are available on Thursdays.
- Rental rate is $1,200 and will be conducted from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
- There is a three (3) car maximum
- NO Subletting will be allowed
