Test & Tune and Track Rental Policy
Pit gate will be LOCKED at 7:00 p.m. Please
be prepared to leave before closing.
1. NO REFUNDS. Rain check coupons may be issued at the sole discretion of
AAS officials for instances where participant experiences mechanical failure within 30
minutes of arrival. Rain checks are valid only during the same calendar year they are issued.
Rain check coupons must possess a raised seal to be valid and shall be surrendered
at the time they are redeemed. A lost rain check coupon equals loss of track use.
2. All test & tunes and track rentals include fire/safety personnel and ambulance. All entrants must agree to and sign the standard AAS waiver prior to entry.
3. All vehicles must comply with AAS maximum sound emission level of 82 Dba
at the property line.
4. No one under 16 will be admitted without proof of authorized series membership.
5. All vehicles must comply with the All American Speedway safety rules
6. Fees shall be subject to change by AAS at any time.
Fee Schedule & Specific Rules
Test & Tune
- $150 per vehicle rental fee
- Friday rentals are generally conducted from 3:30pm to 6:30 pm year round.
- Registration and pre-payment must be made to the Placer County Fair office no later than Thursday at
12:00pm. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card.
- There is a 25 vehicle maximum.
Private Track Rentals
- Minimum rental rate is $1200.00 for a four (4) hour period. Additional track time is billed at the rate of $300.00 per hour. The maximum rental rate is $2000.00 for an eight (8) hour period.
- No Sunday rentals will be scheduled by the track office.
- When testing with more than one car on the track at a time, an ambulance is required at an additional cost of ninety five dollars ($95.00) per hour additional to rental fee.
