NASCAR EDGE OF SUMMER BRINGS STOCK CAR RACING AND DRAG A BOAT ACTION TO ROSEVILLE THIS SATURDAY

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (June 9, 2026) – Roseville’s All American Speedway races on the Edge of Summer on Saturday night June 13th with a full night of NASCAR and INEX racing plus the NAPA Auto Parts Drag-a-Boat race. The NorCal Legend Series takes on the local INEX Legends plus racing for the NASCAR Berco Redwood Late Models in Twin 40 lap features, NASCAR Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Mini Stocks. Tickets are available when the gates open at 4pm or at www.allamericanspeedway.com  All tickets are general admission with adults admitted for $20. Kids ages 6-12 are $15. Kids five and under are FREE! Heat races start the program at 5:00pm Opening ceremonies are at 6:00pm followed by six main events and the NAPA Auto Parts Drag-a-Boat.

A large field of destruction crazed drivers tackle the boat race this Saturday, dragging their boat behind them as they speed around the All American Speedway. Drivers race to finish first after 15-laps of action with the boat still attached to win the $1000 grand prize. A $250 Master of Disaster will also be awarded for initiating the most chaos during the hard-hitting race.

Loomis’ Kenna Mitchell has accelerated into fifth in the national NASCAR Local Racing Series standings on the strength of a perfect six for six victories in the Berco Redwood Late Models. Mitchell endeavors to continue her reign in Roseville with a pair of 40-lap features on tap. She leads Auburn’s Colton Nelson by 39 markers. Auburn’s Thomas Martin, Monty Tipton of Mill Valley, and Madera’s Joey Kennealy make up the balance of the top-five. Other series regulars have included Hayden Stepps, Bella Thomsen, and Donald Witkowski.

The NorCal Legend Series makes its first appearance of the season, bringing a large field of the spec INEX-sanctioned machines to race for All American Speedway points, series points, and national points. All American Speedway Late Model standout Trey Daniels of Fort Bragg won the most recent NorCal race in May at Ukiah Speedway. Rick Andersen of North Highlands leads the All American Speedway Legends points by just three points over Chad Nascimento. Randy Fellman is third in the standings. NorCal Legends will race in a 35-lap feature with a 20-lap B-Main scheduled if necessary.

NASCAR Modifieds and Street Stocks continue to grow with their strongest fields of the season expected on Saturday night. Tyler Wentworth of Rocklin is a perfect 3-0 in Modified action while defending his championship. Rio Linda’s Jose Hernandez and Carmichael’s Bud Anderson are second and third in the points with a 30-lap race scheduled.

For the NASCAR Street Stocks, Shasta Speedway champions Scott MacLeod and Brian King are headed south to battle with 2025 Roseville champion Tim Walters who currently leads the 2026 season. Walters has one win this year with former champions Josh Whitfield and Richard Lavallee also scoring. Street Stocks will also race for 30-laps.

Vic Theberge of Citrus Heights leads the four cylinder Mini Stock competition with a 14-point lead over Lincoln’s Brandon Frantz. Former champion Ray Molina of Elverta looks to come back from a mechanical DNF in round three, currently running third in the order. Richard Rowland of Woodland and rookie driver Casey McLoed are fourth and fifth heading into Saturday’s 30-lap feature.

Weekend activities begin Friday with practice from 4:00pm to 7:30pm. The INEX Legends Friday feature closes the optional activities. Saturday pit gates open at 11am with the drivers meeting at 12:15pm. Grandstand gates open at 4pm with qualifying underway. Heat races are at 5pm with Opening Ceremonies set for 6pm.
