No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing tickets does not increase your chances of winning.
This giveaway is being conducted by THT Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a All American Speedway, the operator of All American Speedway and promoter of the September 5, 2026 NAPA Auto Parts 150 and Hall of Fame Night in Roseville, California. THT Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a All American Speedway will be referred to as the Sponsor throughout these rules.
TheFOAT.com, @the Grounds, Ron Capps, Bill McAnally Racing, NASCAR, NAPA Auto Parts, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and any other companies, organizations, teams, drivers, or individuals referenced in connection with the event or prizes are not sponsors or administrators of this giveaway unless specifically stated otherwise.
The giveaway begins at 3:00p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, September 3, 2026 and ends at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time Friday, September 4, 2026. All entries must be received during this period.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and anyone directly involved in administering the giveaway or selecting winners are not eligible to participate. Members of their households are also not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
There are two ways to enter.
The first way is by purchasing one or more tickets on September 3 & September 4, 2026 for the September 5, 2026 NAPA Auto Parts 150 and Hall of Fame Night through the event’s official online ticketing platform, TheFOAT.com. The individual listed as the purchaser will automatically receive one entry.
The second way is to enter for free by completing the official All American Speedway Giveaway Entry Form during the giveaway period. No purchase is required to use this entry method.
Subscribing to promotional emails is not required to enter or win. Individuals who are already subscribed to All American Speedway emails may also enter. Any option to receive future promotional emails is separate from entry into the giveaway.
There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Purchasing multiple tickets, placing multiple orders, completing the giveaway form more than once, or entering through both methods will not result in additional entries.
All eligible entries will be treated equally. A purchase does not provide any advantage or improve the odds of winning. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise improper entries may be removed or disqualified.
Four individual prizes will be awarded to four separate winners.
Two prizes are hats autographed by NAPA-sponsored champion drag racer Ron Capps.
Two prizes are hats autographed by drivers associated with Bill McAnally Racing’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team.
Each winner will receive one autographed hat. The approximate retail value of each hat is $50, for a total approximate retail value of $200 for all four prizes.
No person may win more than one prize.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate value.
No winner will be required to purchase a ticket, pay admission, pay shipping, or make any other payment in order to receive a prize.
Four potential winners will be selected at random on Friday, September 4, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
Once an individual is selected, that entry will be removed before the next winner is selected so that four different people receive prizes.
The four hats may be assigned randomly among the four selected winners.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted using the information associated with their entry and may be asked to verify their identity, eligibility, or contact information.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time provided by the Sponsor, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, another winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Attendance at the September 5 event is not required to win, and a person does not need to purchase an event ticket to receive a prize.
Winners who are attending the event may be able to receive their prize at All American Speedway. If a winner is not attending, the Sponsor will arrange another reasonable method of pickup or delivery at no charge.
Information submitted in connection with the giveaway may be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, contact winners, and deliver prizes.
Entering the giveaway does not require consent to receive promotional emails. Anyone who separately chooses to receive promotional emails may unsubscribe at any time without affecting their giveaway entry or prize eligibility.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway.
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who attempts to gain additional entries, provides false information, uses automated entry methods, interferes with the drawing process, or otherwise compromises the fairness of the giveaway.
If fraud, technical problems, unauthorized interference, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents the giveaway from being conducted as planned, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway as permitted by law. If that occurs, winners may be selected from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or not received because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
TheFOAT.com is the online ticketing platform used for the event.
@the Grounds operates the surrounding fairgrounds property and related shared facilities.
Ron Capps and Bill McAnally Racing personnel are referenced in connection with the autographed prizes.
NASCAR and NAPA Auto Parts are referenced in connection with the racing event, series, participants, sponsorships, or prizes.
None of these parties sponsors or administers this giveaway unless specifically stated otherwise.
If the giveaway is promoted through Facebook or Instagram, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
This giveaway is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
